I hate stretching before running, I do it grudgingly and quickly – and feel it later.
So my goal is to start doing yoga before hand to slowly stretch out.. Yoga doesn’t look hard.. but this one really gets my heart pumping and feels great! Give it a try! (I dare you to not wobble.)
