Veggie Ramen Cocktail

My lunch reads like a cocktail recipe: 1 part beef ramen, 2 parts fresh veggies

  1. Sliced veggies super tiny
  2. steamed for a few minutes with a bit of water in microwave, in covered tupperware
  3. added more water and ramen, cooked until ramen was tender
  4. Stir in 1/2 of beef seasoning packet
  5. Enjoy

p.s. as much as I love Hershey’s.. no.. It wasn’t a good food pairing.

Not counting this as one of my 18 remaining Motivat|er recipes because I’ve done this with frozen veg before – but the freshness and variety of this one is so much better! I had frozen corn, some mini carrots, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms.
