Motivat|er Recipe #2 : Vegan Overnight Oat Parfait

Does this much changing count as a recipe? I think so! It was great!
Followed the recipe (very loosely) from Oh She Glows‘s recipe blog

Vegan Overnight Oats recipe:

  • 2/3 cup regular oats
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds (thickens mixture overnight)
  • 1 .5 cup Almond milk
  • 1.5 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • Maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 T. Cocoa powder

Layers: Strawberry yogurt, chopped pear, Frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries (the fresh stuff was either too expensive or gross looking), Granola and Cashew/choc chip trail mixΒ  – both from awesome bulk section The Merc in Lawrence
