Pork Chops, Cremer style

For some reason all of my ‘famous’ recipes have meat in them, and this is no exception!  I love this meal – takes a while, but it’s sooo worth it! Goes great with applesauce and any vegetable side

  • pork chops
  • lawry’s seasoning salt
  • flour
  • cream of mushroom soup (about 1 can for every 2 pork chops)
  • applesauce
  1. Combine flour and seasoning salt on a plate and cover the meat
  2. Brown both sides in a skillet
  3. Add cream of mushroom (enough to cover the pork chops) and let sit for an hour, stirring often. (make sure the cream of mushroom is still covering the ‘chops so they don’t dry out.)
  4. Serve immediately with applesauce. (sounds weird.. but dipping the chops in applesauce is an AMAZING combo!
